Strengthening collaboration, quality, and innovation to advance Canada’s clinical research ecosystem
Toronto, Ontario — February 11, 2026 — On International Clinical Trials Day, RAN BIOLINKS is joining Canada’s clinical research community in recognizing the researchers, clinical trial professionals, institutions, patients, and industry partners working together to advance health research and bring new discoveries to patients.
Canada has a strong foundation in clinical research, supported by a diverse and highly collaborative community. As the clinical trial landscape continues to evolve, maintaining this momentum will require continued collaboration across organizations, stronger connections between research and industry, more efficient systems, and a shared commitment to quality.
RAN BIOLINKS is contributing to this effort by working alongside initiatives such as CanReview and Accelerating Clinical Trials – Accélérer les Essais Cliniques, helping raise awareness of the opportunities and challenges facing Canada’s clinical research ecosystem while amplifying the voices of those working to strengthen it.
“Canada has an incredible clinical research community, and there is a real opportunity to build on that strength by working more closely together,” said Rym Ben Othman, CSO and Co-Founder of RAN BIOLINKS. “Collaboration, efficiency, quality, and stronger connections across the ecosystem are essential if we want Canada to continue to be recognized as a global leader in health research.”
Through its work with clinical research organizations, investigators, research teams, and industry partners, RAN BIOLINKS focuses on supporting more connected and efficient clinical research operations. The company’s approach brings together technology, data, quality, and operational workflows to help research teams navigate increasingly complex clinical trial environments.
International Clinical Trials Day provides an opportunity not only to recognize the contributions of the clinical research community, but also to look ahead and consider how the Canadian ecosystem can continue to evolve.
RAN BIOLINKS believes that progress will come from continued collaboration across the sector — sharing knowledge, strengthening systems, identifying efficiencies, improving quality, and creating stronger connections between the people and organizations responsible for advancing clinical research.
